Return and Refund Policy — Eligibility & Window
- Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags.
- Please keep your order number and receipt for faster processing.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@abodearc.store with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a prepaid label (if applicable) and packing instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies under this return and refund policy, contact us and we’ll advise before you ship.
Refunds
- After inspection, per this Return and Refund Policy, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- If parts are missing or packaging is not resale-ready, a reasonable inspection/restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? Start a return and place a new order, or ask us to assist with a direct exchange if stock is available.

- Assembled, installed, or visibly used items
- Custom or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report shipping damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery (with photos). Keep packaging for carrier claims so we can quickly replace or refund according to this return and refund policy.
International Orders
International returns are accepted; duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
