At AbodeArc, we believe in full transparency. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Delivery Timeframe
Most AbodeArc orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your item is handed off to the carrier.
Some items in our store ship directly from our overseas warehouse. For these products, delivery may take 7-13 business days. The estimated shipping time for each product is clearly shown on its product page before you purchase.
Free Shipping
AbodeArc offers free standard shipping on all orders over $49, applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required. For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping applies to domestic orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Carriers & Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location, package size, and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@abodearc.store.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@abodearc.store and we will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
